Our Organization
Overview
JDVC is a domestic corporation duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission for the business purpose of offshore large scale high grade magnetite mining. The presence of tall and highly mineralized mountains have been the consistent, reliable and endless source of magnetite iron and other mineral deposits that experts say have been deposited offshore for the last 50 million years.
The company holds a Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (MPSA No. OMR 338-2010-II) with the Philippine government for a 1902 hectares as Parcel A mining concession and commercial extraction of minerals like magnetite iron sand, titanium, vanadium and other valuable minerals with a life of 25 years and renewable for another 25 years.
